Mini Smurfberry Pancakes with Honey Yogurt Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Pouch of Little Bites® Smurf Blueberry Muffins
1 tsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Honey

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix yogurt, brown sugar and honey. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place a sheet of waxed paper on cutting board. Place muffins on wax paper. Top with a second sheet of paper.
Using a flat-bottomed glass, flatten each muffin.
In a small frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Place muffins in pan and cook until lightly browned.
Serve muffin pancakes with yogurt for dipping.
