There are lots of charts to choose from focusing on tasks such as cleaning their room, doing daily chores, doing homework, practicing music, eating meals, brushing teeth, beating thumb-sucking, etc.

Each day, you or your child can use a pen or a sticker to mark off having completed their chore.  

If your child is able to mark off a full 2 weeks with their accomplishments, they can bring the completed certificate to Chuck E. Cheese’s to receive 10 FREE Play Points as a reward.
